The “I NEED HELP” button is available if you need help with onboarding at any stage. Clicking this button will open a customer support ticket, and someone from the team will contact you to provide assistance.

To submit a ticket, we’ll need you to provide the following information:
- Your member/subscriber ID (this can be found on your insurance card. If you don’t have access to your member/subscriber ID, please contact your insurance company directly and they can provide it to you)
- Your name
- Your email address
- Who invited you to the app (your insurance company, your hospital, or other)
- Your date of birth
- Your phone number
Once all of this information is filled in, you’ll click ‘continue’ in the upper right-hand corner (highlighted in red).

NOTE: Before submitting your ticket, you must consent to sharing your information with us by clicking ‘Agree’ at the top right-hand corner of your screen (highlighted in red). Tapping agree will submit the ticket to us, and we will contact you directly.
