Our app is designed to send notifications to your mobile phone so you can keep up with your care program. These may be alerts about your medication reminders, messages from your care team, step goals or other updates.
Notifications are delivered in the language chosen on your phone’s settings, and will NEVER contain personal information about your health —they will just be reminders that something in the app requires your attention.
We encourage you to open the app daily to record your progress and complete your tasks. Therefore, we do recommend that you do not disable notifications.

iPhone
- Open iPhone Settings
- Scroll down and tap on the app
- Tap on Notifications
- Toggle the setting on "Allow Notifications" so that the toggle turns green, or Toggle off if you wish to NOT receive notifications from the app.
