If you see an "Error: Timed Out" notification while you are using the app, it is most likely because of poor network strength — in other words, a weak internet connection. When you try to log into the app, it sends a request (called a "query") to the network. When you have a good connection, the network sends the request along to our servers, which send a response over the network back to your phone. However, if the request is not sent along because your phone has a poor connection the network, the request eventually expires, or "times out". This is when you get the error.
What can you do to access a stronger internet connection? Wellframe works over two types of networks:
- Cellular network (e.g. 3G, 4G, and LTE) represented by the number of bars on your phone in a symbol like this
- Wireless network, or "wifi", represented by this symbol
