Settings
The Settings menu resides in the Profile Tab and can be accessed by tapping the settings icon (cog) in the top right of the screen.
This menu provides areas to control and customize how you want the app to function and access our current Privacy Polices.
Settings Menu Sections
App Access Provided By: This is the name of your health insurance provider, and will include their contact phone number if it is available
Account
- Email: The email address registered to your Wellframe account
- Access Code: Your unique access code for the app, which you can quote to your Care Team or to Wellframe Support if you ever require assistance with the app. This helps your care team and support teams locate your account on their systems
- Manage Account
- Unenroll in program: Tapping this option will take you to the Chat tab and pre-populates a message to your care team asking that you be unenrolled from the care program you are currently working through. The care team will then respond to discuss this request with you to confirm your decision
- Delete account: Tapping this will generate a pop-up box asking you to confirm you wish to delete your account by typing “Delete” into the box and then tapping “Delete” again. This will send an email to Wellframe Technical Support, who will begin the deletion process once the request is received.
If you do not wish to delete your account, tap “Cancel.”

- Step Count
- Daily step count task: Here you can toggle on and off whether you want to have the step count task available on your checklist or not
- Track with the Apple Health app/Google Fit app: Here you can toggle on and off whether you want to connect Wellframe with the health app on your device, which will enable you to automatically track your step count
- Notifications
- Checklist reminder: Choose the frequency of when you would like notifications pushed to your device to remind you of items due for completion on your checklist. This can be Daily, Weekly, or turned Off
- Step goal achieved: Here you can toggle on and off whether you do or do not want to be alerted when you have achieved your step goal for the day
- Security
- Enable Face ID lock: Apple device users can toggle on or off the ability to use Face ID to add an extra layer of security for the app
- Enable biometric lock: Android device users can toggle on or off the ability to add an extra layer of security for the app
- Privacy
- Opt in to Usage Data: Here you can toggle on and off whether you will allow Wellframe to collect and analyze data as you use the app
- Opt in to Emails: Here you can toggle on and off whether you will allow Wellframe to occasionally send you announcements to your account email address about recent updates and services
- Opt in to Data Reporting: Here you can toggle on and off whether you will allow Wellframe to occasionally ask you for feedback on the Wellframe product experience
- Submit Feedback: This generates a pop-up comment box where you will be asked to suggest any features and improvements, or to share any issues you have had with the app
About
- Version: This is the current version number of the Wellframe app that is installed on your device
- Help: This will load up our Wellframe Member Support Center website, where you can browse guides for each feature of the app

- Privacy Policy: View the latest Privacy Policy for the Wellframe app
- End-User License Agreement: View the latest End-User License Agreement for the Wellframe app
- Legal Notices: View the latest Legal Notices for the Wellframe app
- Open Source: View the latest guidance on how Wellframe uses Open Source Software to continue to develop and innovate the user experience
Log Out: Tap here to log out of the app account you are currently logged in with
