User Rights and Responsibilities

Wellframe values transparency. It builds a cooperative relationship between people using our app and the health plans we serve. From now on, we’ll call our app users ā€œmembers.ā€ We’ll call these health plans our ā€œclients.ā€

Wellframe wants to support members’ health needs. Wellframe’s Digital Care Management solution uses technology to connect our clients’ clinical care teams directly to members. These care teams may have both non-clinical and clinical licensed professionals. Members can access health resources and talk directly with their care team through a single mobile app. This helps care teams to quickly address members’ care needs and improve the members’ health. Our End User License Agreement (EULA) gives more details on your use of Wellframe. Your use of Wellframe is voluntary. You can opt out at any time. For instructions on how to log in, unenroll, or delete your account, visit My Account – Wellframe Support.  

Wellframe members have the right to equal and respectful treatment. Our Customer Support team investigates and responds to complaints and app issues. They provide support through phone and email. They also field complaints through in-app requests and mobile app reviews. Wellframe works with clients to update members on the progress of their issue until it’s resolved. We are committed to responding to users’ problems quickly. Wellframe and our clients agree on a time frame to handle more severe problems. We also have an FAQ for common issues. Sometimes clients ask to co-brand our app content. This means that app content may include client logos, Wellframe logos, or both. Content with Wellframe’s name or the client’s name are not marketing or advertising materials. Wellframe does not receive payment for promoting products or services to members.

Wellframe is part of HealthEdgeĀ®. HealthEdgeĀ® is a company that has products for many parts of the health care industry. Our clients use HealthEdgeĀ® products to improve care for their members.
