Welcome to the Member Web Platform 

Please Note Your insurance provider must offer this feature to be able to access your account through the Member Web. If you are not certain if your insurance provider offers this feature, please contact your Care Manager via the Chat option in your app. 

You can now access your account from any web browser – no app needed. This guide will help you get started and make the most of your experience.

Getting Started on the Web Platform 

Signing In with Your Existing Account 

If you already use the mobile app, you can sign in to the web platform using the same username and password; no need to create a new account! 

  1. Open any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) 
  1. Go to your organization’s customer web address – Your care team will provide your specific sign-in link. 
  1. Enter your existing username and password 
  1. Click Sign In; your checklist and messages will load automatically 

New Account? Sign Up on the Web 

No mobile app? No problem. You can create a new account directly on the web platform. 

  1. Visit the web address provided by your care team 
  1. Click Sign Up on the home page 
  1. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your profile 
  1. Once registered, you can use the same credentials on both web and mobile 
Tip You can switch between the mobile app and the web platform at any time your information is always up to date on both. 

What You Can Do on the Member Web Platform 

The Member Web platform gives you access to the features you use most:

SMS Notifications 

Turn on SMS notifications to get a text message whenever your Care Team sends you a message, so you never miss an important update, whether you’re using the app or accessing your account from the web. 

To enable SMS Notifications via the app, please click here. 

To enable SMS Notifications via Member Web: 

  1. Click on your initials in the upper right corner of the screen. 
  1. Click on Settings 
  1. Click on “Notification Preferences” 
  1. Toggle the SMS Notifications toggle on.
