Delete Your Account – EasyConnect Health

As a user of EasyConnect Health, provided by Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc., you may request deletion of your account and associated data directly from the app.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Profile tab and select the Settings icon in the top right of the window.
2. Select Manage Account.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Type the word “Delete” into the box, then select the Delete button.
5. A member of the mobile application team will contact you through the email address linked to your app account and begin the account deletion process.

What Happens Next

• The deletion request routes to the team responsible for processing the request.
• Because member data is stored by the healthcare organization or health plan under which the account was created, the team confirms with that organization before deletion proceeds.
• If the healthcare organization or health plan does not approve the deletion, you will receive directions to contact that organization’s privacy office directly.
• Processing times vary depending on the review required.
