Deleting My Data
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will no longer be able to connect with your care team through the app platform unless you open a new account.
If you wish to just close your account, please send a chat message, via the app, to your Care Team letting them know that you no longer wish to participate in Care Managment.
If you wish to proceed with the process of deleting your data, please go to “Settings”> “Manage Account”, in the app, and click the “Delete Account” option. You will be asked to confirm by typing “delete” and clicking “Delete”. This will send your request to the Technical Support Team.
