Wellframe wants our app users to understand how we work. This creates trust between our users (members) and the health plans we work for (our clients).
Wellframe’s Digital Care Management solution connects you directly to your care team. This team may include healthcare experts and support staff. Sometimes, you will be asked to fill out health surveys in the app. These surveys help your care team support you and help you meet your health goals. Wellframe wants to improve members’ health. With Wellframe, you can look at health resources and talk directly with your care team, all in one place. Our End User License Agreement (EULA) gives more details on your use of Wellframe. Using Wellframe is up to you. You can stop at any time. When logged in to the app, you can unenroll or delete your account. To learn how, go to Delete Your Account – Wellframe Support.
Wellframe members have the right to be treated equally and with respect. You can report app problems or make complaints in the app, by phone, or by email. Our Customer Support team will look into your complaint and keep you updated until it’s fixed. For questions that come up often, check out our FAQ. Sometimes, you might see both Wellframe’s and your health plan’s logos in the app. These are not ads, and Wellframe does not receive payment for promoting products or services to members.
